We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully, as we are currently unable to offer returns or refunds on purchases.

If you experience an issue with your order, we may be able to assist with an exchange. Please contact us at enquiry@britishessentialsingapore.com.sg within 7 calendar days of receiving your item.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt

Exchanges are available only for the following situations:

  • Item was damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item was received
  • Item has an unsatisfactory expiry date

How to Request an Exchange

Please email us at enquiry@britishessentialsingapore.com.sg and include:

  • Your order number and details
  • Clear photos showing the issue or defect

Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Important Note

Incorrect item received does not include changes in product packaging. Occasionally, manufacturers may update their packaging while the product itself remains unchanged. In such cases, we reserve the right to supply products in the packaging provided by the manufacturer, provided the barcode and product are the same.
