Shipping & Collection Policy

At British Essential, we aim to prepare and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible while ensuring every item is carefully checked and packed before it reaches you.

Order Processing

All orders require processing before they can be dispatched or made available for collection. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for order processing.

Processing times may vary during promotional periods, festive seasons, or in the event of unusually high order volumes.

Delivery Service

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

Delivery generally takes between 1 to 3 working days, depending on the destination and courier schedule.

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and total order weight. The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment confirmation.

Note: At present, we only offer delivery within Singapore.

Self-Collection Service

Customers who select self-collection will receive an email notification once their order is ready for pickup.

Please note that same-day collection is not available. We kindly request that customers wait for the collection notification before visiting our warehouse.

9:00am – 11:30am
1:30pm – 5:30pm

Upon arrival, please proceed to the warehouse office and follow the collection instructions displayed at the self-collection counter. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Collection Period

Orders must be collected within 14 days from the date of the collection notification.

To ensure sufficient storage space for all customers, the following charges may apply to uncollected orders:

  • Storage fee of $5 per week from the third week onwards.
  • Orders remaining uncollected for more than 4 weeks may be cancelled and will not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellation

As orders are processed and prepared promptly, cancellation requests may be subject to the following charges:

  • Administrative Fee: $5
  • Cancellation Fee: $5

Changes to Orders

Once an order has been confirmed, we may not be able to modify the selected delivery or collection option.

If you require assistance with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we will do our best to assist where feasible.
